After a two year hiatus, the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club sponsored five high school students to attend Rotary’s Camp Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) from April 8-12. This is a weekend leadership development program for young people that emphasizes ethical leadership, citizenship and personal growth, held each spring at Camp St. Croix in Wisconsin.
