What's Your IQ (Inclusivity Quotient)?

Current events have awoken many to the stark reality of the inequities in our communities. While it came as a shock to some, it was all too familiar to others. No matter where you reside on the awareness spectrum, most will end up with the same questions. What part do I play? What can I do about it? Today, let's begin by understanding your IQ and what you can do to improve it.
