On Saturday, August 28, eight members of the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club and their spouses gathered at the Community Emergency Service (CES) Food Shelf to participate in the Club’s regular, bi-monthly food fulfillment and packing service event for CES customers.
CES serves the inner city of Minneapolis. In total, the volunteers fulfilled the food and hygiene requests of about 75 individuals. The next food packing event is scheduled for Saturday morning, October 30.
