Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) are the vital bridge between donors, their families and potential recipients. LifeSource has a clear purpose – to inspire the public to register and work with partners to support donor families, manage the donation process, transport the gifts to the transplant center and lead our communities towards a culture of donation.
As Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Nichole is responsible for leading the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion program both at the programmatic and administrative levels. She also works to identify and drive strategies to eliminate systemic organizational marginalization and promote equity and inclusion practices that will be evidenced through structure, processes, policies, and leadership.
