Haiti Outreach
Haiti Outreach is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose principal working base is in Pignon, Haiti, located in the central plateau, and has an executive office in Minnesota, USA. Since 1997 their partnerships and collaborations (including with City of Lakes Rotary) have focused on community initiated development projects in rural Haiti communities, primarily in increasing sustainable access to clean water. Dale Snyder is a founder and the Executive Director of Haiti Outreach and works in the administrative office in Minnetonka, MN. He travels to Haiti at least 5 times a year.
Neil Van Dine is one of the founders of Haiti Outreach. Originally from NY state with a M.S. in civil engineering with a concentration on water, Neil has lived in Haiti since 1989. Before working for Haiti Outreach, Neil was managing projects for World Christian Relief Fund and the UN’s International Office of Migration in Haiti. Neil is responsible for leading the organization in Haiti.
